I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 21 years. For me, massage isn’t just a job, it is a way of helping people reconnect with their bodies. By combining "real" deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and assisted stretches I will help your body realign, so pain fades, posture improves and movement feels effortless again. I also teach you how to strengthen the weak muscles that are the real root cause of the pain and tightness. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client walk in stiff and in pain and leave moving freely, smiling and relaxed and it can happen in just one session!
